Online menu price states 12.50 for a hungry man hero and yes it says hero. I get to store and first off the hero says 13.50 and than I see 3.50 fee for it to be a hero. Am I crazy or does it not say hero in the name . Than they changed me another 2.50 for extra cheese. Never eating here again or until they go to a reasonable price especially considering they close at 3 and there's 3 other options near by that are way better for cheaper. If you go on there website and click menu you'll see what I mean.

$13 sandwich. Asked for three scrambled eggs. That is not three eggs. Asked for cheese. Did not get cheese. For $13, at least get the order right. They weren’t busy. Everything was written down. Not returning.

New ownership is not always for the better. This deli has nice new displays but the service, prices and quality of the food you get falls well short of the expectations. In fact, between the wait time and size of the sandwich it is down right terrible. I ordered a wrap and a sandwich, waited almost a half hour and paid $26 bucks. They seem too busy filling online orders then serve the people within the establishment. This new owner seems destined for an abbreviated stay. Sorry, I’ll never go back.

I love their chicken veggie soup. I do have to request they heat it for take-out, though. It needs to be heated well and there's no microwave in my office. So, it you are getting take out soup, request they heat it, even if they don't want to do so. The chicken soup is excellent!!!

Hate to give this place 3 stars because the food is quite delicious. But mainly I'm giving 3 stars because after getting a 13$+ sandwich I asked to have a few extra toppings, black olive slices, Jalapeno's, and cucumbers. Without being told that that they would cost extra, the sandwich came out to over 17+ dollars, and then I was told that the toppings totalled 2.50$. You shouldn't charge people extra for toppings that cost virtually nothing extra to add. Now if I asked for bacon or avocado or extra meat/cheese, then I would understand, but 2.50$ for the toppings I just mentioned is beyond pretentious.. Edit: I appreciate the reply, and I understand your position, but my opinion is the same. 3 stars for the quality / price ratio

Price gauging. Not inflation. 4 egg whites turkey on a whole wheat wrap. And a buttered roll $14.39 I use to come here often. Ill go to another deli and spend 11.00 and save hundreds over time.

The deli looks great and very clean, the everything that I have ordered has been cooked quickly, as ordered, and fresh. There is a ton of people working there and the grill has a dedicated worker. I really want to like this place. I really struggle with the pricing structure. I'll speak to the current breakfast special. It's a BEC on a roll with a small coffee at $7. I can understand the no substitutions, but no add-ons or upcharges? I can't get a large coffee for the difference in the price from small to large? I can't get double cheese for a price that helps you keep your margins? a BEC with a small coffee is $7 but with a large is $12 its bonkers and it stops me from going there more often. Don't tell me it's because of inflation, it's a sloppy answer that is the wrong one.
